Frank started as a Training and a business development officer at GIZ, and rose to a position of a business development manager at Relief International. He later assumed the position of a business development manager at ECOM Trading. As a dynamic and resilient business development professional, his business acumen led him to attain a position at Touton SA as Head of Operations, Cocoa Sustainability. He is now the country manager for Beyond Beans Foundation in Ghana
