Vincentia Blevins

Vincentia Blevins is the President, Treasurer, shareholder, and Director of FINECOMEX, INC. She brings more than 20 years of client-facing experience in the financial services and banking industry across both the United States and Ghana. She is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ghana. She currently serves as a Senior Banker at Bank of America where she manages consumer, business, and trust relationships for high-net-worth individuals and families, and ensures compliance. Her career includes senior banking roles at PNC Bank and over a decade at Cal Bank PLC in Accra, Ghana, where she held a number of roles including operations supervisor in Wealth Management, and a Relationship Manager — experience that gives her deep, firsthand knowledge of Ghana's banking systems, financial compliance environment, and business culture.

She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance. Vincentia combines strong risk-analysis and due-diligence skills with a track record of new business development, relationship management, and B2B sales — including a national Bank of America Diamond Pinnacle Award. Her unique blend of U.S. and Ghanaian banking expertise, regulatory compliance background, and trust-account management experience makes her a valuable asset to FINECOMEX, INC's mission of building transparent, well-governed financial and trading operations between the United States and Ghana.
