We have a well-seasoned, experienced and very dynamic team committed to steering the affairs of the two companies, coupled with the vast experiences gained by ASEMPA’s principal owner working in various cocoa companies. We have a resourceful management team from all spheres of management, notably finance and administration, operations, human resources, law, banking and sustainability management.

John Blevins is the Founder, CEO, Director and shareholder of FINECOMEX, INC. He is a licensed attorney and real estate professional with more than three decades of experience spanning law, title insurance, real estate development, and business leadership. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He built his early career as a practicing attorney in Baltimore, Maryland, including as Shareholder and Co-Managing Partner of Lentz, Hooper, Jacobs & Blevins, P.A. From 1996 and thereafter has been the sole owner of the Law Office of John F. Blevins. He served as President and General Counsel of Ambassador Title Corporation and held title agent roles with Security Title Guarantee Corporation, Chicago Title Corporation, and First American Title Insurance, giving him deep expertise in real estate, contracts, and complex commercial and consumer financing transactions.

Vincentia Blevins is the President, Treasurer, shareholder, and Director of FINECOMEX, INC. She brings more than 20 years of client-facing experience in the financial services and banking industry across both the United States and Ghana. She is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ghana. She currently serves as a Senior Banker at Bank of America where she manages consumer, business, and trust relationships for high-net-worth individuals and families, and ensures compliance. Her career includes senior banking roles at PNC Bank and over a decade at Cal Bank PLC in Accra, Ghana, where she held a number of roles including operations supervisor in Wealth Management, and a Relationship Manager — experience that gives her deep, firsthand knowledge of Ghana's banking systems, financial compliance environment, and business culture.

Frank Asiedu is a Director, VP of Operations, Ghana and shareholder for FINECOMEX, INC. He is also Board Chairman and principal of Asempa Sourcing Ltd, and an experienced business development manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. He is skilled in food security, bottom of the pyramid business, sustainable development, rural development, behaviour change communication, and proposal writing. His strength is as a business development professional. He graduated from Universita degli Studi di Torino / University of Turin.
